2. Plan Descriptions

ScriptEdge currently offers the following digital courses. Each plan is a one-time purchase granting access to the described materials for the stated duration.

• Community access for 30 days.
• Email support.

Gold Mine

• Everything in Silver Mine.
• 12 live deal-breakdown sessions.
• Lifetime community access.
• 1:1 onboarding call.
• Priority WhatsApp support.

Course content, features, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect customers who have already purchased a plan at the previous terms.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing a course, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for the full course fee. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The GST field will be updated once registration details are finalised.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Any chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of course access.

4. User Obligations

To maintain a fair and respectful learning environment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when enrolling.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access.
• Use course materials solely for your own personal learning.
• Not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course content, recordings, or community discussions.
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Treat our team and fellow students with respect in all communications.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, worksheets, frameworks, community discussions, branding, and website materials, is the intellectual property of ScriptEdge and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptEdge, its founder, team, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the course that gave rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including payment gateway outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu & Kashmir, India.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our courses and community at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our content. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
